wifi was a little unpredictable sometimes but that's being picky

caring staff, lovely room, great food in the bar for dinner and a full and varied breakfast

until the fourth time we requested them, to which a man delivered our robes at 11:15 at night (kids age 4)

we also opted in for breakfast which i’m glad we did as it was great value for money and delicious

the gym is really well serviced with nearly all the machines you would want

had no ide how to login to wifi and no instructions how to do that in the book or at reception

stomping from the people in the floor above or repairs in the room and also down the hall young kids crying

after check in open the door and when we came back out the door frame was hanging off ordered room service was

need better food options for room service at night time.

table service at breakfast was excellent and table service in the bar was very quick and efficient

gym and swimming pool

it lacks basic kitchen items like oven mitts and pans for the oven

the staff at the bed and breakfast were very helpful

the location was excellent and the breakfast was absolutely outstanding

light was difficult to turn on/off, there was no blind/curtain for the window above the kitchen sink, the room

walk to the train station, very central to the shops and restaurants, we stayed in room with spa bath so relaxing

no wifi in our room at any time, no apology or excuse given

makes for a tough conversation with my young kids (we were in a family room)

the junior suite we stayed in had a jacuzzi. the kids loved it.

breakfast was ok- plenty of food. location is perfect. can t wait to stay here next visit

wifi is not great in the hotel room, need to go to public area for better connection.

we didn't have a pet with us but for those who would like to, it is just perfect

parking available

the residents bar was good for a quiet drink and the bar man was very helpful and

ample parking and electric charging on-site

the pool is a little small

the gym is very clean but limited

the pool and jacuzzi were so so clean and relaxing, overlooking the lake and mountains of killarney

- it was my birthday and i received fabulous bouquet of flowers and some fresh treats from the kitchen
