it was supposed to be a smoking room, but there was no ashtrays

there were breakfast and dinner menus in the room too that explained the surcharge for room service if i ordered

and staff made sure our room was directly next to theirs by a door with no steps and easy parking access

the bar tenders we met were all great

loved everyone in the kitchen and wait staff

months advanced booking and i was assigned a room opposite the staff laundry area and meeting rooms where desks

i was very happy there was a shuttle that picked me up from the railroad and took me back at the end of my stay

, making for a noisy, rambunctious (kids and adults)

the shuttle service was very handy for getting from the hotel to places in the vicinity

they were in the gym, in the lobby

needed to have regular room service 24hr.

convenient wasn't too far it was nice and cozy and i love the room service

the facilities were great and the wifi was reliable for my meetings with a desk in the room

gym was not well maintained the jets of the pool were broken the steam room and sauna were cold
