the free wifi was not working.
not enough parking
the wifi was really slow. it kept disconnecting on us that is pretty much it.

we did the breakfast upgrade and were very happy we did

we were upgraded to a super king room with a fireplace and double sinks in the bathroom.
hot tub and fireplace was amazing in the bedroom
no complaints on the place, some kids were loud in the halls but you cannot hold that against the hotel
easy check in, clean, good a/c, pool, spa, and gym
kids in room above me were running back and forth in room and jumping from furniture
