wifi was a little unpredictable sometimes but that's being picky

pool was open for kids only till 18:00 so we could not use it upon our arrival

decor, great bars, restaurants and pool plus perfect location in the town centre, friendly staff

as downstairs entertainment is for older people and doesn t facilitate families that have kids

staff very friendly and our pet was very welcomed

meals other than breakfast served in the hotel and there is also no room service, apart from breakfast

for its gluten content, on the day asked again for wheat free and given wheat based food, the kitchen staff need

some improvement needed on their wifi connectivity

she took my plate back to the kitchen and brought it out on new plate and cold

great breakfast. very comfortable room and in a quiet part of the hotel as requested.

after check in open the door and when we came back out the door frame was hanging off ordered room service was

table service at breakfast was excellent and table service in the bar was very quick and efficient

breakfast, good service in the bars for food and drinks, room service, quick and food also good

the breakfast was fab

it lacks basic kitchen items like oven mitts and pans for the oven

it also had a laundry machine

the laundry room was an outdoor room, not connected to the house

only draw back was no bar although you could order drinks with room service.

the bar area was being re-decorated. a shame, the area was not finished when we were there.
