beautiful location, peaceful gardens & pool, lovely restaurant & terrace & only a 10 minute taxi ride into town

the food was out of this world, we had tapas in the bar area and it was some of the best we've ever had and

wifi didnt work but i was only there 1 night so it didn't matter, the breakfast was a bit lacking

huge parking stuff is adorable and helpful

disappointed and dissatisfied with the bad service specially in the kitchen

rooms for the price, very convenient underground parking ( if available ), staff were great, good gym, it is

good signal on wifi

it was nice to have the gym and little pool and solarium

too far away from the beach/centre . wifi only connected when the tv was on.

only thing i was dissapointed with was the gym facilities as this was not gym facilities at all

for cycling down into the centre of san sebastian, truly amazing breakfast and a swimming pool to cool down in

swimming pool was not so clean

i loved the garden feel of the grounds, pool nice and clean and felt tranquil

the swimming pool was great

free parking lot and free spaces all the time, we loved our stay and would highly recommend

we were told we had to book our daily pool time and breakfast times, yet the place was virtually empty

room and breakfast

swimming/jacuzzi pool tiles very slippery, as you would expect swimming pool tiles to be perhaps, but little

breakfast is very poor and not tasty

did not have breakfast. staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. no negativ to say at all!

late check out and hotel allowing us to leave bags and car free of charge until late afternoon

balcony, separated toilet/shower, large shower, room service

bar / room service was a bit chaotic - suspect it was slightly understaffed

just opened, so they were struggling with the laundry service

the swimming pool would be better described as a large spa tub
