i loved the pool and gym

the fire alarm went off.. startled us. well everyone do to something burning in the kitchen

i was bummed that the kitchen was closed sunday morning so we had to have breakfast elsewhere

i loved the pool and gym

very accommodating with early check in and late check out.

is not much parking, however they ensure us they would save a spot for us to park safely and they followed

the room was extremely small. parking was tight and a challenge.

everything was ok it could use better parking

breakfast, nice staff, well kept, within walking distance to shopping

room and the carpet since it smelled like pee, the spa was not working and instructions to turn it on was

everything was good enough. kids (adult kids) enjoyed the pool. nice clean safe parking. coffee.

this is a pet friendly hotel and they kept everything clean and friendly

spa turn on was outside the actual pool gate

kids riding scooters in lobby and hallway, coffee at 6 am would be better verses 7

no elevator (many stairs), weak wifi, no shower gel, travel-size shampoo and conditioner, only one soap provided

wifi was slow and spotty.

wifi was aweful! this really needs to be fixed

it's in walking distance to so many restaurants and bar type places, plus right off the freeway

clean, accommodating (early check in), nice bed.

staff was very friendly and had a hot breakfast

the pool was acclimated so the water wasn't cold 3

towels in the pool area and a garbage can there also, please

great breakfast! no cheese needed in the omelets, please. thanks for the fruit, that's great.

continental breakfast and late check out

pool and jacuzzi wasn't clean we had to clean it ourselves

the spa was not warm and looked like it need a good cleaning.

pool is tiny

nice upgrades. clean spacious room. staff was very helpful. continental breakfast was great.

pool and we were not able to use the sofa bed

there was also no breakfast or pool, but not a big deal

parking was also a bit weird for us

have the spa room, the toilet room is separate from the initial showering room however the stench coming

loved the large spa bath/jacuzzi loved how clean and spacious our room was

slow wifi. gnats coming out of the sink.

oh i had the loft suite with the circular spa

was very clean and the spa tub was amazing

just a quick lyft ride and we were in the park

no of parking spots are limited but staff will help you find one

only thing was the parking it s pretty big itself but we had to park the car out once which i didn t like
