entertainment team by the pool bar was fantastic

was amazing the jamaican breakfast a+ the food was great staffs like admir dyer hk , lindsay from room service , kamoy from zen they were perfect

food received by the room service could have been better

room service took over 2 hours to arrive and my minibar wasn't restocked at any point during my

wait for room service

the butler service, fitness staff and service staff were great and very attentive.
