were clean, bed comfortable, breakfast was good and staff professional, helpful and friendly

everything likes - amazing location, friendly staff, decent gym facilities and breakfast

the pool was out of service and we found that very upsetting

it was warm enough to use the pool, but it was not only drained, but locked so you couldn t even sit around it

dim lighting. wifi was undependable at best. hair dryer was hanging off the wall by a thread.
