the gym is very clean but limited

maybe pool and gym are less than people expect at 5 star level

a mistake on our part was we did not make use of the pool and gym facilities but will do next time

i was hoping there was a swimming pool. the gym was quite small.

arrive to the room is an experience, a gymkhana

common areas were in a poor condition. equipment in the gym did not work. bath towels were old

covid 19 restrictions very well and we were told at reception re booking for food and that the gym was closed

i love that it is right in the middle off town that there s a swimming pool gym and jacuzzis in the bedrooms

is brilliant - so central staff are lovely pool is a good size and there's a gym very comfortable

use of the pool and the gym came complimentary to hotel residents as well as free parking

a pleasure to deal with we were left disappointed with the fact that we were unable to access the gym from 12-4 and had no access to the swimming

liked the room,it was nice and clean and spacious,the room service was exellent,always tidied after our breakfast and would supply with water bottles

food was fab in bar and breakfast was delicious with a great selection catering for everyone

had to wait 2 hrs for check in and also we were asked did we want tea or coffee at breakfast but we never got

room service took so long to deliver the order though
