wifi wasn't brilliant, so i gave up on it

choices are expensive and very limited

all facilities as ii expected where excellent, breakfast was lovely and ample choice available.

were up too early for our flight so only had continental breakfast which was perfect for us

hotel is perfect for a stay in liverpool the location couldn t be better, the swimming pool, gym and sauna is great and not many hotels have a pool so this was a massive bonus

bearing in mind the size of the hotel i was a bit disappointed with the size of the gym

spa was my highlight the woman were on hand to help and the facilities blew my mind room cosy gym 24 hour so loved the workout food exceptional stayed here a few times love it

i used the small gym but it was clean and well maintained

especially as the gym didn t open until 8 which meant we would lose some of the time slot in the spa

gym was good but small towels would be very good to have and a bin to throw away the sanitary wipes

issue with accessing gym some drainage smell issue with shower

i particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym during my stay
