work the coffee maker had very old dirty distilled water in it the sliding glass doors to the pool don’t open even though front desk lied and told us they would(they were literally all bolted

didn’t like their wasn’t any fruit or oatmeal after staying here 15 days, breakfast was the same

it was clean, friendly staff, great breakfast options. i also enjoyed the mexican restaurant.

have opened up from our past months of covid, i appreciate that this hotel still keeps its pool & fitness center closed, & has a masked employee serve buffet items to guests, instead of guests

this whole 3-night stay the swimming pool was mostly closed

the pool was closed and the breakfast was just minimal, but understanding due to being in covid times

we loved the soft towels, water pressure and the spa bath with jets

the room was very clean and i loved the spa tub it was great

3) i paid alot extra for the spa bathtub so i thought a hot soak before breakfast would get my mind off no sleep, my sadness

fridge ,a broken glass in the dishwasher with some other plates ,the card keys didn't open the pool door or the room door the second day of our stay,the water in the pool was colder than we

i wish the pool would have been heated.

in the tv screen with my name on it, comfortable beds and the sitting and eating area ,the pool area is warm with enough chairs ,tables and towels , we really enjoy the little details
