loud; expensive; wifi did not work in the room

complementary wifi and shuttle to the airport at the end of our stay was excellent

wifi did not function

they do have a small gym which isn t by the restaurant but by the rooms

the pool is too small

location was good, nice pool and view of lake

staff went above and beyond and allowed early check in which was very helpful and amazing

the staff where excellent, rooms spacious and very comfortable, a great gym for a small hotel and just a nice place to chill

incredible property. bikes, gym, kayaks, monkeys, pool, private hot tubs , comfy bed, good food

you can go see monkeys, swim on the pool, kayak, bike on the property

only thing i did not like were the prices of services at the spa and laundry

there is a small gym on site, right by the water, and kayaks to use

pool was not clean or operational the day i arrived

breakfast and dinner is included, you get what is cooked

the food is great, the laundry service is cheap, and the showers have good water pressure and plenty of heat

the pool needs some care as it looked like a stagnant mosquito-breeding ground and did not look usable
