the pool and bar area was excellent and the kids loved it

also, i was told via email that there was a supervised kids club but when i went to use this, i was told it is unsupervised and i'd had to stay with my 6

& pool (ask for the guaro sour at the pool bar from pedro - you won't be disappointed), and the kids loved the roasting marshmallows at the firepit, where they made new friends

room closet was very small, so it was dificult to manage the clothes for my wife, two kids and me

location and facilities are good. there's a small gym and nice trails to explore.

the hotel lies on a huge green area with plenty amenities like restaurants, pools, gym etc.

it has a covered pool, tennis courts, a soccer court, gym, spa, guided tours and a zip lining course

we had an amazing view, beautiful and comfortable accommodations and a mini bar that was included in our stay and restocked daily with everything from fresh eggs to beer- it

we loved the modern, clean glamping pod and all the extra little amenities like toys for my kids, complimentary tamales and beautiful toiletries

kids had great fun…

hiking trails, pool, gym, pickle ball courts, lots of nature right on the property (monkeys, toucan, horses, goats, etc) (+) pool, the view of the lake, the gym, and the little hot spa room (+) pool and gym pretty good (+) there are dogs and farm animals, a gym, jacuzzi and outdoor pool (+) including large pool, 4 pickleball courts with toucans watching over the play, nature trails, gym, and good restaurant

the restaurant and bar were wonderful

clean pool in the garden, free parking

no decaf in the morning. so so breakfast.
