gym equipment out of order

the gym is too small and very few equipments

gym facilities were basic but adequate

only complaint i would have is the gym facility needs to be upgraded

gym needs some maintenance, as the treadmill is a little hard to use and the hand sanitizer is out

stay great staff but unfortunately if you get a family with kids above you, which you probably will, you will hear all the noise above you

pool was in poor condition on the afternoon of our arrival, but the staff quickly cleaned the pool

i think that also the associate hotel is very good (safari inn) we went there for the swimming pool (+) you get the use the pool of safari inn across the road, same owner (-) the small pool was next door at the safari inn, not on property

in mind that if you need the free shuttle to or from the airport, you need to request the service 2 weeks in advance

the server at the bar in the evening was great and she made the evening enjoyable

also wished staff would have told us we cannot change our pick up time with the shuttle as our wb tour ended earlier than expected and i had to pay for an uber versus waiting 1

the staff were excellent, especially dennis in the bar and luke and paul in the restuarant

i also enjoyed the fitness room and the outdoor terrace for some fresh air

the shuttle! the shuttle really saved us from getting a rental car so it was very helpful!

the workspace in the room was very useful for my trip, and the wifi worked without any issues

everything was good. we had room service from the restaurant .

hotel was a short walk from universal studios which was nice, nice gym and nice pool

recommend a room facing the pool

the kitchen was great, but no oven made some things hard to cook

a kitchen sponge with a little detergent would be nice to wash dishes and actual salt and pepper in

the breakfast and that there was always water at reception.

water filter was amazing and a highlight, also the gym and the laundry

were originally located next to the gym which was quite noisy and kept us awake at night - however the hotel immediately rectified this

gym, the fact that we weren’t allowed to use it after 9pm

my adult son complained that the gym was lacking weights.

or wear a wristband indicating that i and my family were vaccinated just to eat or use the gym was overkill and, franky, just felt wrong
