the funky smell in the elevator, the gym was down, there was no ice vending machine in our floor

i prefer the first floor so i can go directly to the pool and leave my kids in the room if they don’t want to swim

area was overtaken by a group of younger people openly smoking, drinking, swearing while my small kids just wanted to swim

we were allowed a late check out of one hour without hesitation

gym equipment will be getting an upgrade, was not working properly

wouldn’t say i didn’t like the gym, i just wish more equipment was available for use but again we are still dealing with this

family was very impressed by the quality and efficiency of your cooks and room service staff.

was nice and clean, no wifi the entire time so no tv and my kids had a hard time finding things to
