was out during our stay and walking up 4 flights of stairs with all of our bags plus all of our kids was very very tough

good breakfast, comfortable sleep, beautiful hotel with lots of ozark charm.

my gf also wanted to sit in the hot tub but it was very small and there were young kids jumping in and out of it

there were some kids that were a little noisy in the room next to us

everything. clean, had an awesome game room for the kids. separate bedrooms. plenty of space.

, i think i would be back i just think that they should not charge for the “ art activities for kids” should be free don’t get why you have to pay for that

they also give you two boxes of detergents for your laundry

the bed was really comfortable, and they have many activities at the resort for kids and adults if you decide to stay and not go out for the day

the indoor pool and hot tub was amazing after a cold day of snow, and they even had a gym with a news channel tv visible from the hot tub

the gym room only has 3 cardio machines that are old and make a lot of noise

there was a living room area with a pull out couch, and a full kitchen with a dining table, cookware, dishes and utensils

we did not spend much time at the hotel so we were unable to enjoy the pool, gym or dining areas

floor of the shower was moldy and the gym was so scarce that i couldn't even workout

but, all the amenities were closed except for gym and pool and i didn't get refunded my 50
