i liked the gym even though it was small but it served its purpose

best western was clean, friendly, and thorough. breakfast was

have opened up from our past months of covid, i appreciate that this hotel still keeps its pool & fitness center closed, & has a masked employee serve buffet items to guests, instead of guests

i enjoyed the fitness center as well

fitness room was clean

was super helpful with assisting me with an early check in after a long drive from out of town

complaints i actually got to check in early with no issues or extra fees
