fitness center and hot tub!

the fitness center needs attention

hotel employee did a late check out for us

our room was worn, complimentary items in bathroom all mismatched, loud kids running the halls

gym was great

very clean, nice breakfast

i didn’t like to creepy walk to the pool next door

loved the size of our room. bed was comfy. like the breakfast. good experience of all.

guests have access to the crown plaza pool & sauna next door which was a great plus

fitness center had free weights, bosu ball, exercise balls, stationary bike, treadmills and

cocktail lounge and fitness center

so impressed with the hot tub and pool area. super clean and a large area. plus it has a sauna!

prefer bar soap rather than liquid but what was offered smelled pleasant

oatmeal at breakfast was cold and runny

the breakfast hot food you had to wait for hot food to come out.

staff was excellent, free laundry was a definite plus as was the 24 hour gym access!

we needed - full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, tv, desk, comfortable queen bed, and wifi access

even though i didn t get to utilize the kitchen, we will know next time

a pull out couch in a separate area with a tv in both spaces, the staff was so friendly and the pool was warm

unfortunately the fitness room was closed due to equipment not working

only rooms that were available were on either side of the fitness center on the second floor

the early evening, when children were playing in the fitness center, the noise and vibration were unnerving

i love the spa and we also loved the fitness center and the hot tub of course was a plus

the swimming pool was too cold to really swim.

there isn't a pool, nor is there a restaurant or cafe, though there is a small fitness center with treadmill, step machine, stationary bike, and free weights

even had an opportunity to use the fitness center and that was great too

i like that there was a laundry area and vending machines available. the staff were pleasant.
