no minibar, no tea or coffee making facility in the rooms, no food, no spa facilities or gym etc

long time to check in as hotel reception also dealing with people (non-residents) using the hotel gym and spa

also we were not told about any activities apart from the gym but when i looked at other booking sites it mentions bikes and riding to explore the local
