a newly built hotel- more charging locations/options, better layout of the breakfast area, lobby, gym and pool

the gym would benefit from being a bit larger with more options of weight machines

my kids got to play basketball, swim, shop, eat, play games

pool facilities were mediocre at best, and fitness room had equipment that was nonfunctional.

fitness room was very small and minimally furnished.

i did use the fitness room and it was warm and stuffy

most amenities on this property such as restaurant, pools, and fitness center were not open yet, this hotel screamed wisconsin rustic charm

indoor and outdoor water park were perfect for our 3 year old grand daughter

was clean and smell less, gym and drink facilities

didn’t have waffles for the breakfast lol.

i also loved the grab-and-go breakfast options in the morning—simple, fresh, and convenient

carpeting in our room was wet so the room smelled like wet gym socks

when you walked into to our room it smelled like someone had taken off their wet gym shoes and left them in the room to dry out

we couldn't used the gym, even tho it says 24/7 breakfast was bad, customer service was the worst

i go inside, staff were staring at me and it mad me uncomfortable bring watched, even in the pool area, when i just wanted to relax, it was making us paranoid

i liked how it was medevil style and it being one of kind and the pool area was fantastic.

the indoor pool was more for little kids and we didn't see a hot tub.

i think they should have a designated parking spot for each room.

room we were in had a little cabin inside where kids could sleep

parking was a little tricky but it was a busy weekend of events in the dells

kid and family friendly . dvd rentals for kids. toddler friendly water park.
