no gym, no heated pool

gym facilities are poor

no wifi in the room. better not to have a gym than have one with not working stuff

we pulled on something such as the tub drain, the latch just came off; it was the same for your gym equipment, they did not work properly

our room was very nice and clean, the gym was good and the breakfast was great!

( all the queen rooms are situated in the 1 floor) but it was still great, near the pool, that my kids loved so much

the staff was just wonderful, especially when my wife forgot her gym wear in the bathroom and the staff attempted to call us for a disposition

there were many amenities that were amazing such as a gym, coffee machines, microwaves, and even a fridge
