laundry and gym, room door damaged, difficult to open then unable to open morning of checkout

the gym, pool and sauna were all closed as well which was super disappointing because that was one of

flair, dusty, gym equipment and breakfast (until only 9am) are a joke

didn't use any of the other amenities such as the pool or gym

has pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, laundry on site, free breakfast with lots of choices
