the onsen/warm pool is absolutely lovely

the hotel has a decent swimming pool.

the location was central, they have swimming pool and the staff are friendly and helpful.

pool is open 10am - 10pm

liked that a pool was available especially for the children.

reason i did not give a perfect rating was because it is not safe to older people to access the pool or to get out of it

super comfy beds, as well as pool and gym (in case needed) great deal (*)had lookdown in merida when we were there, beside this all went ok, rooms ar quit small and the gymn was closed, good free coffee and best situated in the center of merida (+)perfect location, incredibly helpful staff. decent sized room and a gym! (+) gym room for exercise aficionados (-)have selected this hotel because there was a pool and a gym but unfortunatly there's no dumbells or any weights to workout (-)1 coffee pak a day then they run out, no lounge chairs by pool (web pic is innacurate) gym equipment rusty needs oil, no weights or bench, room fixtures need repair/ (-) there is a gym but it only consists of a few machines (-)staff are very load in the morning , the gym is basically all broken (+)had everything we needed, great gym equipment for my son and a lovely pool and little garden for me (-) gym is non existent, the room is filled with tables and chairs with one token machine trapped in

sure to get the almond croissant), at night we had some cocktails at the bar which were also very very good

rosie helped us book tastings, tours and restaurants ahead of arriving and alejandro at the bar was super informative about mezcal and tequila and made delicious cocktails

all, the main reason i reserved the master suite is because of the large bath tub and the plunge pool
