good breakfast, great lobby and pool area

i love the bar and the friendly atmosphere and staff

in tanglewood bar the food took forever to get, but miss pat our waitress was amazing

the games and bar attached.

it is easy access and newly newly renovated older hotel. very nice staff. nice indoor pool.

called and asked for early check in on our rooms

it was close to everything, clean and comfortable. the kids loved the pool.

breakfast was always being stocked in the morning

kids enjoyed the nice large pool and the fitness room was better equipped than most similar star/price hotels

only that the pool water was cold. lol

limited parking due to businesses that surrounded the hotel

the pool area was really nice. staff was all friendly.

had to call from the pool to get towels on 2 occasions.

you have a on site gym and restaurant but no were to put water or leftovers

gym was the only thing i pick this hotel for .

i like the gym,the room was clean and the bed and pillows we're very comfortable.

pool and beds were super comfy

we sat at the bar area, and the bartender, was on top of her game

rooms, super comfy beds, jacuzzi & pool area open extra 2hrs for just adults, 24hr fitness center, and no extra charge for a room deposit

good location. fitness room was well equipped.

the pool and hot tub were at great temperatures

breakfast was great, but the young lady stocking items was greatly outnumbered by guests

do to covid-19 the breakfast was a to go bag, not the usual hot breakfast buffet.

we enjoyed the outdoor patio area and the basketball court (for the kids) as well as

breakfast was immediately taken down including the coffee, it would have been nice to have coffee

so there was some noise during the day but will be worth it once the place will be upgraded, fitness room is currently unavailable

fitness center not having light weights for senior citizens billing issues

was also annoyed that the fitness center was closed, large part of the reason i chose here was a nice looking fitness area on

pool, fitness room, convenient to everything, rooms were comfortable, 24 hour front desk, very clean,

neat and clean. friendly staff. good breakfast. nice gym.

everyone from the front desk, to the kitchen staff to the hospitality staff were all very eager to make my grandkids

kitchen and bathroom not very clean.

first service clerk i spoke with when inquiring on early check in was very rude hotel not clean at all dirty carpet throughout hotel room also

our 2 teens (gym rats) loved the gym

location very large room next to all the hip and happening stuff great breakfast indoor pool nice gym overall neat

dishes and kitchen and bathroom and gym were spotless

was awesome rooms were huge and clean and beds very comfortable nice clean laundry and gym pool was great also continual breakfast was pretty good

the gym had a good selection of cardio and free weights. breakfast was neat and good.
