the onyl thing that could potentially be improved is a gym facility - it's literally 2 treadmills and an electric bike machine, nothing else

the gym exceeded expectations and there were several places to sit and relax outside

my room was clean. it had a fairly decent gym. the staff was pretty cool.

under renovation the elevators did not work which wasn’t easy for my elderly parents and the gym wasn’t available either

everything to do with the builders and not the staff on site i was a little disappointed that the gym appeared to be closed for covid related reasons, when multiple properties i've visited recently

(+) the facilities of the pool area, child pool area and bakery are all super touches (-)outdoor pool closed (-)need a lap pool and food was not good at all even breakfast (-)could have been of higher quality, there was no bathrobe provided, and the lounge chairs by the pool were very uncomfortable (-)love to have been told the location of the pool when we first checked in
