also, watch out for the many hidden resort fees: to use the gym costs $5, if anyone loses their pool towel there is something like a $20 fee, if you ask for

fact that they are charging small fees for the activities/amenities: $2 for minigolf, $5 for the gym, $30 if we wanted two beds and $30 if we wanted late check-out

during spring break and it felt really crowded with long lines for everything - breakfast, ferry, gym

the hotel is clean and the pool is amazing (and that is far outshadowed by the amazing experience) was that the hot tub by the infinity pool (the closest to our room) wasn't working properly and wasn't hot (+) the food was great and the pools were quite fun (-) we would've liked to have food service at the pool but that wasn't an option but there were plenty of restaurants to choose from (+) really liked having towels at your disposal at all the pool areas (+) a pool almost at every building

employees blamed huracain maria but broken doors, empty gym, ripped towels, gift shops close have nothing to do with it

coqui water park was closed

think the fitness gym needs a little upgrading on some equipment

not much to do except for pool, gym and casino adjacent to hotel
