beautiful facility hot tub and gym restaurant on premises wonderful staff

rooms are huge & beautifully decorated, the bathroom was also huge & well lit, the gym was about the best hotel gym i’ve ever been in, and the location cannot be beat - the main

pool, hot tub, gym, walking distance to cafe's and shops.

love the free laundry room

little touches, foremost among those the helpful “ski valets” who offer help booting up the kids in the morning and bagging your skis/kit for safe car side delivery at checkout hour

to river, mike is awesome at managing the motel, great breakfast made to order, convenient to shops and restaurants in walking distance, cool weather,

breakfast was made-to-order eggs with bacon and waffles, toast or other side

room fine. continental breakfast very nice. river for kids to play around.

we did enjoy the huge outdoor hot tub and fitness room, which is small, but much better than nothing

and fitness center were excellent

fitness room had nice equipment but was much too small and did not open until 7:30am

would only mention that if you like to choose hotels based off the fitness center, this one is pretty lacking

liked the fitness room

the handicap room was not accessible from the handicap parking i had to be let in by a staff person it was not an independent moment i saw many other

major complaint is that parking is in the rear of the building--not ideal for a motel--so there is no way to see the car

sprucing up the parking lot would go a long way to making the place feel safe and more inviting

the interior design. the pool is great. staff is lovely. the feel and the decor make the hotel.

with the exception of rosanda in the kitchen there was on around to help or answer questions

there is an indoor pool and basic fitness room

beautiful rooms, fitness center available as well as wifi tennis court too!

also, i could not get into the fitness center although there was no sign that said it's closed because of covid 19 issues

gym was subpar

staff was very friendly and helpful, gym is a bit anemic but functional and even has a bathroom

the pool was even open considering it’s an outdoor pool and it’s winter time

great decor and nice pool

there is heated pool for the kids, restaurant and bar for the adults

the gym was open but had heat problems. the continental breakfast was good.

dirty in hallways gym & hallways not air conditioned - uncomfortable mirror in bathroom too high, magnifying mirror

my room was across from the pool and that got a little loud...but no big deal.

i loved the amenities such as breakfast and the indoor heated pool.
