the fitness room was not open, the signage outside said it had been recently renovated

he ended up charging $222, and $30 of that was a pet fee

tried to charge me full price until i called them on it, then charged a $15 pet fee that wasn't mentioned when i booked the room

lack of a lifeguard or floaters at the pool :(

the breakfast had a ton of options, it tasted good, nice and welcoming room for guests to dine

together like the confirmation email said they were going to be but instead me and the and the kids and were separated by by four rooms and i got little sleep because i was checking on my kids

need coffee out 24/7 and pool was shut down for awhile due to a kid pooping in the pool.
