fitness room needs to be updated

the fitness center wasn’t working

obviously it must be closed, but there was nothing people from jumping in ud83eudd2e fitness room was supposed to be open, but it was locked

clean rooms friendly staff adequate breakfast pool and hot tub were clean

reserved a room for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), but there were only 2 towels in the room

my teenage kids complained about the comfort of the mattresses

the decor was amazing, the breakfast area was so clean and stocked

we were able to use the laundromat facilities and the fitness center which they monitored due to covid 19

breakfast was wonderful and the room had two queen beds and a pull out couch for our family of five

times , each time it was too hot, other guests agreed and were not able to use it either, in the laundry room one of the washers was out of order, on our last day, the
