decent gym room

the machines in the gym or old and outdated felt like they were falling apart, while using them

very small room. basement felt like a dungeon room located next to gym

very comfortable with a very loud heater that couldn't be turned off, dirty gym, and airport shuttle that took a very long time to arrive

closeness to cornell university, size of breakfast area, gym (we didn’t see it, but we saw it was there)

the cardio equipment in the fitness room was unserviceable

some free weights in the fitness center would be nice but did not detract from the great stay.

very clean, tea/coffee/cookies available in the lobby; clean pool and fitness room; pleasant staff

my key card would not open the fitness room and i had to get the desk person to open it for me

the location, gym , room restaurant all very clean and well kept staff was kind and helpful

the gym is well equipped

huge tv with hbo, ability to connect to netflix and other providers using your own account, nice bar and lobby

location. comfortable bed and shower. good wifi.

the next day, the card key wouldn’t open the gym, so i had to go to the front desk again

to covid-19 the facilities pool and gym were closed and while charged for breakfast, there was not breakfast but a snack bag with a

later pool and gym hours.

on gym door not working, took a while before the staff were able to let me in

we were given a strange room down the hall from the check in desk - next to the gym and across from the pool

couple of devices in the small gym were partially or completely nonfunctional but enough worked to make it useable

check in time is unreasonably late. gym could be better equipped

gym, clean, lounge dining area is a useful amenity with free coffee

very upset that the gym at the location was closed for renovations

i love that they’re pet friendly, pool hours, location and gym.

reason that i rated the airport shuttle as poor is because it was not running at 4:45 in the morning when i needed it

my grandson very much enjoyed the pool

i selected an available room on the first floor close to the pool and gym, but when i arrived later that night i was told that my room was on the 3rd floor

bad was very comfy,new and beautiful hotel, good gym and nice breakfast

gym is open 24/7

open the pool and gym. let people take their chances. a lot of hotels are opening their pools.

free parking

the outside wasn't clean. there was trash in the parking lot and close to the entrance.

side entrance, a solid 5 minutes for the shower to yield hot water, broken pavement around the parking lot

in the back parking lot there were ppl in the gazebos that where loud and annoying smoking pot

was concerned that my car was the only one in the parking lot but there appeared to be several people staying there

loved the decor and layout of the space. kids loved the water park. rooms were very quiet.

the bed was comfy but the kids were not comfortable in the murphy bed

the spa was refreshing and the arcade the water park was reasonably priced

they need a peleton bike in fitness room. bigger pool and a sauna

had to go into pool from fitness room to go to the bathroom

the gym was very, very small. hotel is not within walking distance of much.
