mold, the roof of the pool had mold, the hot tub and pool water was off color, the weight room/ fitness center was closed (something that's isn't disclosed anywhere) and under construction

it was crammed with stuff due to the remodeling of the fitness center

the hotel also features two saunas (turkish and finnish) and a pool

from the front desk to room service, wait staff, and the bar tender

out of service (where our kids was focussing on): the pool was completely out of order and the gym was without air conditioning with full glass wall which couldn't be opened

the gym met my needs

i understand because of covid19 everything was closed like the pool, the gym, the restaurant,etc

great pool for the kids. staff is always great and helpful.

would have liked a small table by the standing lamp beside the first bed; a grab bar near the tub; maybe a small table or shelves under the sink counter

the breakfast was good and enjoyed the free gym

did not getting an email, right before the stay, indicating that pool, spa, gym, etc were closed due to covid

nothing big, but the gym was outside of the property (probably misunderstood the listing)

also, gym is not on site it's a contract with a local gym that is closed on the weekends

they provided an easy and painless experience from check in, through the breakfast and, check out

view of oyster bay, nice breakfast options every morning, clean & well-maintained, and friendly staff

the breakfast is a light continental with great rolls and some cereal and bagels

comfortable setting and quiet rooms. good selection for breakfast also!

continental breakfast had no eggs, in fact had no protein at all just sugar, starch, and carbs

they loved the room, pool, and gym
