spa area & gym was clean & in full working order

all good with the extra bonus of a gym, a sauna and a pool

relaxed ambience, quirky historical building, superb location, stylish decor, spa, swimming pool, gym, fantastic food in the restaurant, extensive and great quality breakfasts, good range of rooms,

the spa does need a good revamp and the gym too small.

gym facilities were a little tired when it came to cardio but there were lots of weights

i didn t use the indoor pool or gym but they looked good

there was only a small gym and swimming pool available which was generally busy with many retired adults

and gym/yoga classes already fully booked

excellent facilities, outdoor heated pool was superb as was other facilities

xmas opening hours for gym & pool were more limited than i'd hoped.
