when back at home base, the staff is always attending whether it's laundry, a simple towel, car rental, excursions, etc

gym was quite minimal and the machines were very old (the gym is one of the reasons i chose this (+) great gym (+)everything but the gym was top shelf.... including the location! (-)when it grows up it wants to be a gymnasium (-)gym facility needs maintenance, the running mill is not working and there is no other way to do (+) the hotel has a decent gym for working out (-)gym was closed and there were not other amenities offered to guests besides the free breakfast (-) the gym was very small and the entire hotel looked nicer on photos (-) the hotel is nice and comfortable, but it's hard to do things at night and it feels old (the gym, for (-)gym could bd better stuffed and with mote working machines (+)close to all restaurants and shops. good bar area with live music. gym is convenient.

the staff was incredible, we also appreciated that they had a parking garage
