we kept forgetting to grab stuff and he was super patient with us, kids had fun talking to him

breakfast had a nice buffet and coffee (bold) was excellent

i wasn't told at the time of check-in what time breakfast is served or what the check-out time is for the next day, so i had to call the front desk

elevator fan is failing (loud); the room clearly was not cleaned well- dirty doors, tub and kitchen- others hairs and fingerprints on everything

despite the amount of people the staff did an amazing job keeping the breakfast bar stocked and the food was surprisingly good,
