larger seating/lounging area around swimming pool & more updated fitness center.

wait times for room service was over an hour

room service was quick and easy, as hubby and i both needed our

room service was a little slow.

the bed was noisy, as well as the security staff and breakfast was kind of cold

i was there for 2 nights, breakfast was the same - yuca, eggs and a piece of

hot water in the room, in the cafeteria they run out of breakfast, no eggs, no bread, no milk, no fruit, nothing and it was very dirty

the location is very central, parking is a closed lot.

room, the facilities and the bar are amazing

the gym needs to be updated.

we parked 4 blocks away, but they went to the parking garage and brought our car to their locked and guarded lot

parking difficulties. need more advanced notice of where to park.

helpful staff, refrigerator worked well, kitchen had plates and utensils, food in hotel restaurant was tasty and location was near the sea,

pool was very small

pool water cold. food was cold in mornings.
