very clean and neat. very friendly lady in the breakfast area from samoa and her son.

the pool and hot tub were working and it was fun

breakfast was great. the bread was soft and fresh.coffee was hot and tasty.

hotel shares a parking lot with a seedy motel

location easy to find right off the interstate. near the casinos and dining

was poor, brought kids and there weren t any pancakes, not enough food preparation, kept running

getting into the parking lot was a little hassle other than that i have no complaints

due to covid precautions, room service was a little restricted, but that's understandable

back entrance where most of the parking is needs more lighting

no shuttle to get to the casinos

sign at desk said they have a shuttle, but when we ask we were told it was not running

was a lot of partying going on ( young kids and such)

i found out later that the hotel even offered a shuttle to the convention center

staff super unfriendly even after they gave us a room that somebody was in already and my kids walked in some people taking a shower

our children enjoyed the pool and free breakfast

a small pool open 24 hours helps shed the heat from riding all day

the breakfast shut down at 9am and we missed the first day of breakfast

none of the public bathrooms worked, nor did the laundry or the water fountains

we loved the cleanliness and how big the room was. having a pool was good for hot days

the beds are comfortable, room was clean, kids enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was amazing.
