the pool was the highlight of my daughters trip! the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

the staff was super friendly and we absolutely love the spa treatment that we got

should also go see the luray caverns while there & take a dip in their pool outside

ramp from lobby to first floor needed. hand rails for spa tub needed.

we also enjoyed the speakeasy bar and the staff was very helpful and friendly

(+)complimentary breakfast and the pool (-)afternoon front staff closed the pool for rain, and wouldn't reopen after the storm had long passed (-) after checkin went to the pool which was locked

issues…… the only negative was that they only have an outdoor pool, & the weather was too chilly for us to want to swim outside
