golf cart drivers friendly and helpful

golf cart shuttle from villa to restaurant was timely and driver very friendly and welcoming

upon check out we realized that we were not only charged for incorrect beverages at the pool, they also entered their own tip

located to multiple wineries, great dining on property, and the grape seed spa was wonderful

only down side were, spotty wifi and the bed's harder that we liked

the heater wasn t working room service was not in service the towels weren not changed

was a bummer that the pool bar wasn t open

the room was absolutely beautiful, clean and so comfortable with a great view of the vineyard and pool

warm welcome, the view, the multiple choices

hotel hours for restaurant and bar made winery only option for food outside of room or property

reviews but i am here as well as sending poor reviews to rams hill as well as southern california golf assoc

the bar was not open on tuesday which is the full day we were there

no bar or restaurant as it was off season

we enjoyed the quiet (emptiness) of the park, the fire bowl and classic metal table and chairs just outside our

barely functioning kitchen tap, none functioning fridge which meant an additional fridge taking up room

absolutely beautiful stay. stunning grounds, elegant rooms. wonderful breakfast. friendly staff.

excellent service in breakfast room and maid services also exceptional for the room.

spa tub is big enough for 2 people

we were told they had 24 room service upon booking which for breakfast they charge an additional $ 15 per person

no pool, and limited hours.

nearby rams hill golf was first class

very well-kept grounds and pool, clean and comfortable room, very nice managers

it had a small kitchen with a full refrigerator, change area and bath area

wifi was spotty and slow.

i liked the patio in front of each room, the kitchen

parking lot can get busy with golfers.

it overlooked the golf course and was quiet

we loved our renovated room with beautiful views of the golf course

so pretty loved all the trees and views of the golf course

spacious and comfortable room, nice ground floor balcony with immediate access to the golf course

it has a laundry room.

pool is small,but clean as well

but i will be back from my grand kids get out of school

the pool and jacuzzi are always a fun time to be in and the rooms are super clean

always are quick an friendly up front most of the time if i need early check in they have it and i am always happy that the motel accepts my pets number one on my

they had microwaves close by and ice machine and even laundry but i didn’t use that.

comfortable bed, adequate breakfast and reasonably priced guest laundry facilities which were simple to use

no gym or business center usage

gym was great

we didn't have a chance to get into the pool, we just noticed it was inside and not in an open space, i think it's ok for the area

husband and i like coming here for a weekend get away and to go play golf at rams hill close by

staff is great from the check in to restaurant and maintenance you see on golf carts, all friendly and helpful

rams hill golf course is just down the street, so it is an ideal place to stay if you are a golfer (which we

golf course at nearby rams hill is beautiful and perfectly maintained,

i really enjoyed having a pool and a spa right outside my room

good breakfast and very friendly server.

breakfast is not great, but exactly what i am expecting at this price point
