stunning customer service, infinite upper swimming pool

the property was very cute and the pool area was nicely put together

nice room, good wifi, in room safe etc

location right on the beach with cozy rooms, delicious breakfast, fantastic pool/bar, chill cats and very friendly staff

i ended up going to the bar next door on the beach

the installation are amazing specially the kids play area

the spa the ladies were no nice , they didn’t sell the place.

the pools are incredible and the gym is huge

the kids water park was closed during the week so we weren't able to use it

is can easily work with an app) the lines and times took forever the restaurant for lunch and breakfast is a mess lines everywhere, the employees can’t hear the guest because of plexiglass so

we loved the food, the comfort and friendly staff. very much enjoyed the beach and pool.

gym: it was really in a bad shape, didn't look clean and machines looked old and not well

place for a couple getaway, the hotel has a private pool just for adults which give you a silence place to stay with your couple, besides this pool has

the new bar above the spa is a good addition during holiday weekends

kids golf, water slide was a good fun for my daughter

so for children) 5 swimming pools / tennis / ping pong / mini golf / children park etc etc 3 ) next to the beach 4 ) unlimited towels 5 ) good

lots of activities for family and kids, 3 pools, water slide, poolside bar, mini golf, beach, kids park, table tennis, great food on about 3 restaurants

facility with fun family activities seemingly everywhere including waterslides, mini golf, coloring activities, and more

a kids playground area, mini golf, and lounge for older teens and adults to play air hockey, pool etc

breakfast, dinner was good

i don’t play golf, but the golf course looked nice too

they offer transfers by golf buggy from reception to the beach

i didn’t like the lies i was told and fed, i didn’t like the golf shop which lied to me about the equipment i could rent

the pools are nice

the fried yuca, omelette station and the fruit bar were enjoyable

to getsemani or san diego- the food is great, great breakfast buffet and drinks, they even have laundry service and pool is lovely, they have a small store downstairs with arts and artisan

we needed laundry

they let us do a an early check in for free and a late check out for an additional fee, luggage storage available if needed

didn t like the bar ran out of tequila for the margaritas
