everything was excellent, from the staff, the pool/hot tub, breakfast.

i also really enjoy hot mama's, a coffee place that this hotel shares a parking lot with

cigarette butts left in parking lot by unthoughtful guests

the breakfast had a great selection

very clean, had a small gym, and close to downtown.

pool and spa were really nice

close to my location & pool was open

breakfast was ok due to covid restrictions

clean, updated, comfortable, affordable and it hasa pool/spa which our children emjoyed!

breakfast was good. enjoyed having passion fruit orange guava (pog) as a juice choice.

they also have a pleasant breakfast for their guests

staff,everything very clean and roomy,bed very comfortable and lots of hot water and continental breakfast was ok

it was a nice continental breakfast. eggs and bagels were great.

breakfast was basic continental foods, pastries, doughnuts, english muffins, bagels, cream cheese,

one drawback was my room was across from the staff maintenance room and they ran the large laundry machines late into the night

the pool water was so cold

not having the actual breakfast in the lobby

having guest laundry available worked really well for us and we enjoyed the hot tub

pool and hot tub are closed for access to guests though it was advertised as a amenity when booking

only one ev charger. also room key was deactivated prior to check out time.

came on a mon/tues and the bar and restaurant weren’t open, but we definitely managed

bar open and bright, but cozy

we also had cocktails in the bar in the evening that were also wonderful

ev chargers were broken

also, received $20 off at the golf club just for staying at the finch

wish they had the golf channel in their tv package.

staff were responsive and accommodating, giving us an early check in w/o an extra charge

location and early check in!

the spa tub is wonderful

loved that it had hot tubs, a big refrigerator, tea, and kitchen supplies

walk to downtown, the misbehavin' spa for a massage, and to pioneer park

issues, so the stairs were a bit of a challenge and some more counter space in shower/sink area & kitchen would be nice, but not sure how to do anything about any of this in this beautiful old

great location, comfortable room and love the spa bathtub!
