wanted to sit on the side of the pool with my feet in the water but the pool side was very hot

bed was great and so was the breakfast. liked the location to duke hospital.

free breakfast was awesome to me and my son

room/bed was clean/excellent breakfast with variety choices/clean building

the peoples were cool the kids and i loved the pool

the elevator is quite a distance from any parking areas (front, pool side or back)

thought the breakfast bar could have been improved, however, the people working there were friendly and professional

wish they had an indoor pool.

back door to the pet area was locked so we had to walk around to the gym door

there was a delay in getting the shuttle to the hospital.

hotel is in a perfect location to the hospital which saved on parking fees

also there was free parking onsite and didn't have issues finding parking

there outside area very well landscaped n picked up which tells a lot about a place oh n free laundry yes i said it free laundry

but they came and cleaned it up right away and gave us complementary laundry soap for the laundry room for the hassles
