of the ladies at front desk from overnight shift gave me some incorrect information about breakfast and times

the pool was empty of water, the a/c was broken, and the wifi did not work

vending machine prices too high, no pool access like advertised, and hot in the lobby

oh and i will say the early check in was accomdating

buildup in the hallways, one working elevator, disappointed no outdoor pool to use (was informed they did not want to install a taller more secure fence around it, but

no pool, bug issue, most rooms have no phone, no microwave or fridge

the hotel is beautiful as well and very clean, and the breakfast and employees were all very nice and helpful

decor in rooms, wifi is excellent, decent breakfast, lobby is clean and right, laundry was a bonus

we enjoyed our stay. very clean, good customer service and a great breakfast buffet.
