the pool area was being renovated - i would have loved to swim every evening

would quoted one price for a bottle of wine, but charged another when staff in the lobby bar changed

my suite was very comfortable, food was top quality, wifi speeds were exceptional

the internet wifi around rooms 3001+ is terrible

breakfast options could be more diverse

property has lovely finishings, good gym area.

unfortanely the wifi didn t work properly and that caused me big problems.

cleanliness, breakfast not good, far location, gym was not really a gym- very hot and old

the spa being 'under refurbishment' is not mentioned anywhere

great gym, breakfast, spa etc unfortunately the laundry company inaccurately laundered my suit causing it to shrink
