bar tender in the hotel bar was rude

close to restaurants / bar / shops

5:30 am wake up with kids running up and down the halls could have been managed better

i love they have a kids playground outside the hotel

the rooms were beautiful. bar was really nice! really clean. etc.

thing needed is the cleaning of pool bathrooms/showers

pool was colder than the arctic! ha

access to laundry ud83euddfa, pool ud83cudfca! restaurant on premise!

the lack of prompt room service by the staff

bed was super comfortable, water pressure was terrific. room service was quick and tasty
