it was pretty much what you expect from a golf hotel - functional

accommodation is used for a college one week in october which means it is not suitable for golfers that week as the children cause a great deal of noise

eptember ) and because it also caters for golfers, with a large golf course, the hotel may have felt very busy in peak times

we came after the main rush of the summer

had an excellent 4 day stay at the golf de clecy

breakfast is good value for money and really makes a good start to the day

poor service as a result with fingers writing down the orders, diners going to bar for drinks and refills etc

did not use the restaurant, however we did use the bar and the night porter / bar lady was outstandingly helpful, and very nice - there was an issue

there wasn't a mini bar in the bedroom, but the staff was really kind and put my food in their fridge until my depart
