the pool is small and could require a little more attention, but was a relaxing place to hang out

the grounds, pool and restaurant are really lovely and the staff are very friendly

the spa was available when we needed them and the experience was great

staff was extremely helpful when arranging transportation and assisting with luggage, room service, and spa reservations

hacienda, the grounds, the pool, everything was beautiful and clean and kept up nicely

also the internet was acceptable, but our room was on the ground floor very close to the internet wifi router, not sure about the other

luis was so helpful arranging a couple of tours for us and when we sent our laundry in to be cleaned is was back in our room within 2 hours
