i wish the pool had been bigger!

at this time no pool due to covid-19 but definitely have a beautiful pool not too big and not too small

didn't like the fact that i booked here because i was told the pool was open (meaning usable) and when i got there it wasn't

the room was clean. staff was nice. pool was clean. great location from our venue.

the pool was not working.

very clean rooms and strong wifi. i was able to connect my playstation with no problem.

numerous features such as laundry facilities, a gym, a business center, and a 24-hour front desk

laundry in hallway and exit area, ceiling in restaurant unfinished, hotel is older, it could use

small parking in the security area. low signal wifi.

the rooms are spacious and clean. the bed was comfortable. the secured parking was a bonus

gym poor. pool was closed at peak time due to cleaning which was a little disappointing

staff wasn’t very friendly and i stayed for 3 nights for 600 and breakfast wasn’t included

we got in close to the drink bar closing and the guy was very nice and made it worth our while

rooms were very nice, clean. pool area looked nice although we did not use it. staff was great.

and also breakfast is not included, but there is a restaurant called cafe de olla 5 minutes away food is

breakfast was good, portions were filling

also, i was right next to the laundry room(which is actually a nice bonus for guests) but lots of

they have a laundry room, ice machine and a snack machine

value for money and onsite laundry facilities. bathroom was reasonable.

very comfortable bed and good pillows, staff is very nice, laundry room. nice room.

all rooms are non smoking but there is a small ash tray in a smoking area by the laundry room, which also has a couple of vending machines, as well as ice machine

clean, comfortable, good breakfast food and area, hot tub and pool. staff were friendly.

walls are a little thin, i heard kids up and down the hallways but we were also right by the elevator

asked for an early check in so we could dress for a funeral and the staff was very accommodating and helped us

additional $125 for pet, $25 to park in an unsecured lot, $25 for amenities and extra for wifi i probably will not stay there again

the hotel does not have room service . food available horrible

the room and bathroom were very nice and comfortable. the wifi also worked very well.

breakfast should have more to it you do only get pastries and a drink.

also, the facility has 24hrs free coffee and free pastries at breakfast

do wish the diner next door would not of closed but the hotel did have a good breakfast available in the

there is golf and shopping within walking distance

restaurants and department stores are all in walking distance, next to golf court, beautiful scene from hotel rooms

the room was very nice and clean, with a beautiful view of the valencia golf course

the room was spacious, clean and had a great pool/golf course view

if you like golf, the hotel backs onto a golf course which i gather is pretty good
