friendly staff, fantastic breakfast and the hotel bar was brilliant.

the balcony bar is great as you don't have to leave the hotel to have a great night

hotel, staff brilliant and really helpful, food excellent - had evening meal and breakfast

chance room sister but saff manger help out move room was geat so be all same leave and spa and pool changing room let down kids and female had change in same room was let by us and walk

gym facilities were great, pool was lovely and then we got massages too

room service was a mixed bag with my partner loving his vegetable soup but the vegetarian panini

wifi in our room was really bad, the tv didn't work, the resturant for dinner portions were tiny

shower head holder was also broken we asked for a clean kettle which never arrived as well as a room service menu, that's why we went to the bar to eat instead
