great location in historic downtown leesburg. also they cook a hot breakfast for you !

i loved the antiques and the feel of the bed and breakfast

you walk in through the café, and there is a small vestibule between the bar and the café where you check in

just wish the pool was open

very accommodating and gave us early check in due to wedding. great location to venue.

breakfast was good with nice choices .pool was tremendous because it’s hot here

that the pool was not open...having an 8 and 5 year old and how hot it was it was not good!!

store didn’t offer laundry detergent for washing machine but could have been out of stock.

the breakfast area is a little congested. there was little room to move to get items.

week was fine second week the people next door were very loud and their kids screamed all hours i was there

covd-19.....we would have loved to take time to enjoy the spa or golf had we planned in advance

golfers galore! they were overwhelmingly obnoxious, plentiful, drunk and loud.

it was a pleasant surprise to have a mini-kitchen in the room being that i was traveling with my children

there was a living room, kitchen, large closet, big bathroom, and an amazing

breakfast was great. waffles!

everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. dishwasher was an unexpected plus.

when i requested to just have access to the pool so the kids could swim while we waited for our room, the receptionist at the desk said we could only

the staff is excellent and was able to get us on a shuttle before 0400 when they start service
