physical structure of la villa luz makes wifi coverage spotty at times

i believe wifi boosters or repeaters in each room would help alleviate that issue

only pool children are allowed in is behind a bar and deep- children should be allowed to swim in the main pool, which is empty most of the time

we usually had breakfast and lunch there because we couldn't pull ourselves away from their palapa setup/service

the plunge pool was not worth the extra money

breakfast was wonderful and so was lunch and dinner

slight niggle is the bar

love the people who work there, the two pools

in the vases in the atrium, to the staff at the restaurant (where the food was amazing) to the gym to the grounds to the service in the spa: all of it was wonderful, and i will recommend to all (+) and an awesome gym with inspiring views - this exceeded my expectations

sort of wished they had a private beach but the pools and views and lounges were so nice and private we ended up not caring about a private beach

the two pool areas have beautiful views of the bay and the water as do all the rooms

didn't use the pool as it is in the lobby and too open to every one for me to feel comfortable

great air con and wifi

beds a bit hard kitchen a bit short of utensils
